2 weeks is usually when the urges kick in

I’m 12 days strong but having been on this journey for 5+ years now, I notice that about 2 weeks in the strong urges will arise. They haven’t been too strong these last 12 days, but I’m not underestimating them when they do arise and try to curtail my streak. I’m writing this to pledge to stay strong even when strong temptations arise. If you’re in a similar situation, you got this! Stay strong 💪🏽
