Need advice
Hey everyone. I relapse almost every time at day 3. I want to hear som advice from you. One of my triggers are laying in bed and doing nothing. I already have things to do, so that’s not the problem. I want to hear what you do when your brain move towards you triggers. E. G laying in bed or “just take a peak” how do you break out of it? Of course any other advices is of course appreciated.
