Need advice

Hey everyone. I relapse almost every time at day 3. I want to hear som advice from you. One of my triggers are laying in bed and doing nothing. I already have things to do, so that’s not the problem. I want to hear what you do when your brain move towards you triggers. E. G laying in bed or “just take a peak” how do you break out of it? Of course any other advices is of course appreciated. Walks or push-ups when I get the intrusive thoughts

Personally I have a block that locks my phone when I’m tempted and I physically have to get up and put my phone next to the block to unlock it. Also go for a walk or step out of your room. Or just talk to a friend. Try to keep busy is the best advice I can give. Because when you get bored your body wants some excitement therefore it knows how it feels after a relapse and skips out the feeling guilty part. It’s more focused on the moment

So for me, it was hard at first but whenever I start to get tempted, I’ll stop whatever I’m doing and get up and walk outside. Usually helped me change my thoughts
