One good piece of advice that I heard that has helped me is when you get flashbacks to images/videos of porn, don’t just try to block them out but instead try to pray for the that girl in your memory as a individual human. It changes the way it thinks about them. Not sure if it will work for everyone but it has helped me have less flashbacks, and it’s not a bad thing to do if you are religious.
