Hit another milestone. Also marks 4 & half months single after a breakup of 5 years. I love the man I’m becoming. I leveled up nicely. 30 days ago i stumbled on this while asking ChatGPT about things affecting my confidence cos i was struggling with girls trying to get back into dating, Porn & fapping was mentioned as common contributors, i had to be honest with myself and admit and that day i started this journey. Im still loving the solitude even I do get casual action here and there. I do talk to girls more often on the streets now & dont simp anymore. Temptation is still there, but i look away and don’t get turned by girls shaking their tail feathers anymore on Instagram. Good luck on your journeys gentlemen, you’ll be a better man i promise
