My goal is push to 90 days I wanna see how my brain would operate when it’s there. Right now I do feel the changes in terms of my everyday conversations I have more energy and confidence in what I say, I also take in the moment more than my anxiety.
I’m in the same boat, just hit three weeks. I have improved mental clarity for sure and much better confidence in conversations. I still have my moments of anxiety but I have a better mindset in learning from them instead of them overtaking me.
