I have had this app for over 2 months and i still relapsing consistently, every day or every two days. It’s something ingrained on me for far too long that i can see how much it has affected me. It’s comforting reading your stories guys. thank you for the little help that provides
You've got to allow yourself to suffer man, the first week is going to be the hardest but the rewards you reap will make it seem like nothing in comparison. What is 3 months of suffering and craving compared to a lifetime of regret? They aren't even comparable. My best advice for you is to let yourself be uncomfortable and push through the discomfort to do things that better you. It will feel like a chore at times and sometimes the cravings will be brutal, but every challenge is an opportunity to build yourself stronger, to gain more confidence in yourself. Then you can redirect that confidence and the energy you're no longer wasting into something that really fulfils you. You can do this man lock in.
im ngl the fact that i paid for this app the only thing keeping me going😭

Bro like just do it you are in control of your body we all can do it there is no reason you can’t just step of to the plate and commit
You need an outlet. You need someone to talk to about these things and hold each other accountable. A friend, or a partner. And if you don’t have access to these things, find other outlets. Go for a walk, go to the gym, religion. Whatever helps brother
Thank you for that brother.
You have to replace it, trying to just stop or use willpower is a recipe is for failure(someone struggling with hit for years on and off), for me Jesus Christ is my hope and salvation, by his death my sins are forgiven, so I want to live for him since he died for me. Eternal Glory to Christ. Never give up, no matter how many times you fall. There is hope in Christ, there is power in his name, and eternal salvation. Love you bro we got this.
Keep going 1 day at a time. Most of us have been addicted to for 10-20 years, it’s unreasonable to think we’ll be cured in a day. It takes time. Stay in the fight, keep punching, eventually you’ll knock it out
