In a few hours I will be going towards day 7. I gotta know if anyone at this point ever had the feeling of not craving any sexual activity or sexual contact at all. I haven’t been able to feel like I want to release or felt tempted. (Which is good) but no urge AT ALL? Seems a bit concerning. Please tell me if I am overthinking and overreacting.
The first two weeks, I had no urges at all. Be glad, it makes the process a lot easier to get through. Don’t worry, the urges will come back. My tip: avoid letting yourself “feel” for a bit when you’re hard. That’s where it went wrong for me. And now I struggle with various daily urges. So just ignore “it” completely - the less attention you give it, the better!!
