But the war continues. This 90 days has had its ups and downs, it’s W’s and L’s but at the end I can say I’m proud I started this practice and decided to finally make a life change for myself. Upon reflection, everything feels different, me, relationships, world view, spirit and so many other things have just been elevated to higher degree and I understand myself on a much deeper level that I’ve been trying to reach for a long time. This is the one and only way, the only time we should be releasing is when it is with a partner that we truly have a soul bond with. Stay the course guys, and remember you may lose battles but what matters is if you’re the victor of the war.
