For me, I haven’t mb in 14 days just because I’m not quite there in my journey but I think it’s a healthy checkpoint to be able to do the act negative thought/content free.
Everyone is on their own journey. This app wasn’t to discourage healthy releasing. Now if you said you had to picture or think about porn then I would say you should cut out mb altogether to create more separation from it, but if you were able to have a healthy clean release, I wouldn’t shame that by calling it a relapse. Just be aware of where your mind goes. I say it’s a good sign you were able to do it without relapsing to porn or needing to think bad thoughts etc.
