Almost lost it
Almost lost my almost 5 day streak (which I’m VERY proud of) last night. In a post, I said I had NO urges at the moment. Then, I wasn’t being mindful. Got on TikTok, and saw a video that I knew wasn’t good to see. I ended up getting off to Polaroid photos of my girlfriend, which like I said, I think is okay. At least for now. One step at a time. What got in the way though was me being on my phone/social media too late. I HAVE a sleep schedule in my phone, but I choose to ignore sometimes. This is where I have, and WILL get in trouble, bc I wasn’t mindful. MINDFULNESS IS KEY. RISE AND GRIND GOONERS AND GOONEES‼️‼️‼️
Just get rid of all social media it’s literally like try to swim to the surface with ankle weights on I mean it’s possible to do it but your making it way harder on yourself. Im on 29 days rn btw and when I would have social media I would never get past 7
