34 days close to 35, been a tough month and it’s tougher now, I guess there would clarity at some point but my emotions are at a all time high, I guess this is the result of 15 years consumed by a pleasure that I’m quitting at cold turkey, to whoever it’s running through the same as me, it’ll get better trust me.
one thing I wish I'd done is write down what it felt like after I finished when I was addicted to porn. I want something to read through and remind me why I can't go back. I'm 8 days in now and shit is tough
