I never thought I could get this far this app helps a lot in my early days I’d say around day 11-15 I’d keep trying to get around the browser block bc I would get desperate. I been getting more into the Bible again. I have this app I use called Bible chat it’s similar to this you type up what you wanna focus on and it pulls up scripture based on what you wanna get better at wether it be lust like me or being more honest. I had a problem since I was around 11 growing up with internet now I’m 25 I been actively trying to stop for 2 years it got so bad I wasn’t caring about my wife’s needs in the bedroom. Not caring if she was properly cared for or not only cared about my needs. I’d think about porn while trying to finish. And that’s not cool or fair to her. I feel more clean in these 2 months than I have in the past 2 years. I say man just get help rely on friends share your story if you’re religious read the good word it really helps. Be transparent with your people man. The other men in your family your brothers your homies whatever. 7/10 men struggle with sex addiction.
