a lot of times people try to cut out both bc often times even if you don’t use porn you still think about past porn or make up “porn” in your mind. but it really depends on what your goals are !

I meant if you can with out porn

I try to do both. But if you can’t start with facing the major problem which is porn. If you can’t masterbate with out porn that’s a step in the right direction. Slowly start to give yourself more and more time in between masterbating. Then if you want cut it off for good.
