Do some cardio, read a book, learn a skill, go to the gym. Find another source of dopamine that will satiate your brain. I also recommend taking magnesium powder. Helps with stress and provides better sleep too. Read your bible, if you don’t have one, download the app (it’s free) and read verses about lust and overcoming it. I believe in you brother and will be praying for you. Keep your head up and just breathe.
Pray to whatever God u believe, workout, read, learn a skill (literally anything), take a walk, be around ppl, delete all triggers, and don’t run from the stress but be aware of your emotions and face them
