I’m on god 16 days clean of porn have not watched porn in 16 days. I still have slight urge to watch it but I resist it. But I fell victim 30 Mins ago to the urges and masterbated to imagination. I was 15 days free of masterbation as well. I feel terrible as fuck wondering if I should count that as a relapse and start my timer over. Still have not touched porn at all for 16 days on my grandmas life.
Maybe keep two counts. No porn and no fapping, that way you dont get unmotivated. Even seeing “20 days porn free” will boost your mood way more than “day 0” after knowing u already done a lot of good time off

It’s up to you to decide . Do you want to be porn free and be on semen retention or just be porn free. It’s okay to nut sometimes real shit, just don’t overdo. Helping buss to imagination of what you’ve done with women and not porn you watched is good. Or the girl you talk to whatever . Just don’t think about porn. In that sense. But decide whether you want to be porn free or porn free with retention. I’m on 70 sum day streak of no porn - but I’ve had sex since and jerked it for a total of 3 nuts. But quitting porn will help you stay on retention. I recommend being on retention for as long as possible. Remember to pray 🙏
