What is Considered a Relapse?

I personally think if you’re looking at instagram/twitter/reddit etc specifically for women and their body parts, it’s a type of porn. Clothed or not. Even if you just sit there and watch it without masturbating, you’re still watching porn. If you see an Instagram account of an attractive person, that’s fine, until you start looking at them in a more sexual way. Simply click not interested on her account and keep doing that for every account that shows up, eventually you won’t see them anymore unless you search for them.

It can be anything like jerking off on photos of girls in instagram or twitter it does not have to be porn , but that’s vary from person to person… and how every other person considers what a relapse is..

I think if you see a woman and find her attractive that’s fine. But if you look at her for just her ass or tits than it’s bad and you should try to change how you view woman

I think it’s independent to each person. I’d say it’s whatever makes you feel bad after. If you’ve watched porn and you feel bad after then that should be considered as a relapse etc
