I played 5 a aside (futsal, football, soccer) yesterday and I noticed my game was so much better - I had no performance anxiety, I wasn’t scared to take risks or make mistakes and I was more focused and present in the game itself and had way more fun. Honestly, if any of you have a possible career in sport or even just for fun it is IMPERATIVE to succeed in not watching porn and relapsing. When I relapse I get anxious whilst playing and don’t play to my full potential. I am more focused on not making mistakes than effecting the game and making a difference. Don’t listen to the monster inside of you. He doesn’t know what’s best for you. Keep going
