Honestly been trying to do no cap for that last 6 years and each year it gets harder and harder in my peak days I used to do it 1-3 times every day now it’s more like a few times a week which I don’t see it negatively affecting anything like my sleep gym gains or work ethic and I don’t see the point of doing this for how many days because ultimately our body will want to release eventually so i’m just gonna limit myself to doing it 1-3 times a week and that’s that goodluck to everyone though I give up!
You give up your through! You’re just doubting yourself. You’re better than you think you are. Keep marching and stay strong bud.
