Going for a run is 100% worth it

I’m on day 2, there’s always relapses but I’m getting better at it. Ive been lately going for a 1 mile run a day and successfully finishing. It literally feels like busting a nut (pause), similar dopamine effect but without the side effects, I recommend replacing bad habits with good ones, in the long run you’ll notice the changes!
