There’s so much in todays world that is lustful and temps you to fall into that cycle of self pleasure. Even deleting apps and getting off social media won’t stop if you’ve already fallen victim to the content on these platforms, I’ve found that the best way to fully not get tempted is (stay with me) to not try to fight the urge, but rather run! Literally speaking and metaphorically. If you are scrolling and seeing this content don’t try to fight the urge by scrolling past it or sitting there watching it and trying not to feel tempted, rather run! Get off your phone… do 15 pushups and pray everytime you feel the urge. Your brain has become wired to giving in to the action of masturbation whenever you get triggered, so going against it and trying to fight it is literally fighting with the nature your body has become accustomed to. As soon as you feel tempted or even just see that content, you should find a healthy distraction (pushups/praying) to rewire your brain to not give into that dopamine. By doing this you are disciplining your mind. These little actions will make your brain and your mind want to stop all the unhealthy habits you have and replace them with positive ones. I’m not gonna sit here and tell yall it’s easy… but it’s also not hard. You just gotta want it. Trust god bro♥️ the devil is always gonna try to attack you when you are alone remember that, and to RUN.
