Anyone have any tips on resisting the urges. I’m thinking of deleting instagram or changing the content settings so I see less things that might make me wanna relapse.

Don’t be in isolated locations for too long like your house for instance where there’s WiFi, no restrictions, and solitude. Be around people and learn more about your triggers like for instance any kind of wounds, stresses, and negative thoughts and emotions you deal with on a day to day basis.

It’s really difficult man. I feel ya on insta. Sometimes I just watch the for you videos that pop up and generally they’re safe for the most part but occasionally, especially recently, these videos of girls pop up and they’re on the verge of sexual content as they’re clearly OF models and advertising themselves through these insta vids. I can’t seem to get the videos to stop showing up on my feed and have even tried doing filters on insta or clearing data and they keep showing. I wish ya luck. Keep strong. I feel ya on the urges and it sucks because I’m trying to stay strong. I’ve got a wife and kid but I always fall short dude

Instagram cutting would be helpful. I also agree with Dante. Doing something physical to make your body tired for a bit. Read. Play something.
