hi. i just turned 16 years old and im a girl. i feel like porn addiction and masturbating is a problem that if a girl were to admit to it would be heavily shamed upon. ive struggled with porn addiction since i was 8 and ever since i got caught watching at 9 ive never spoken up about my addiction. is there anyone else out there whos sorta in the same boat as me? i want to know ur story. also 2 days sober :)

Keep it up. The fact that you’re trying is already admirable.

Im a dude , but it's pretty much the story of my life. Started at 8, still battling at 16. Growing up Christian, it's a bit less shameful but still weighs me down

Started at 12 kept going till 22 never really effected my life until my last relationship and having sexual encounters with people not being able to preform has been eating away at me but its hard to stay off of porn for more than 3 days
