Day 7 and i only struggle at night

i’ve been porn free for 7 days, and feeling great, barely even feel urges most of the day, except for when it gets to night time. Im in class, studying, working out, or with friends all day long during the week, but then come the weekends or days where im home early and i find myself with lots of time and nothing to do. this is when i find i get hit with the worst urges but i dont know what to do, my only saving grace is that my roommate is home otherwise i fear i might’ve broken my streak.
