I was once on a 30 day streak and in my head I thought “I bet I’m desensitized from it. And doing it once a month isn’t bad. If I can make it this far once I can do it again.” It’s been 2 years and I’ve yet to reach that streak again. Never negotiate with yourself, stay strong!

I had that same problem! I kept saying “maybe I can just do it once a month and it won’t be so bad.” but doing it at all is bad enough.

100% agree. I did that after 2 weeks cause it was a milestone and felt the same. I was never able to break that streak again but that changes now.
