What exactly counts as a relapse?

I’m know that looking at porn would count as a relapse, but would jerking off count too? I kinda imagine so. Or is jerking off without porn not a relapse? I figured both would count to be honest, with or without porn. Like looking at porn is one, jerking off is another one, with or without porn. Is that right? Answers would be much appreciated, stay strong gang! And I only ask just so I know for sure what to avoid. I’ve been going strong now but I’ve had some temptations

Satan will make you think that one is okay but not the other. If you don’t have control over your flesh then the enemy does. Do your absolute best to stay away from both but if you fall to the flesh then definitely reset. Repent and turn from any thoughts that are keeping you held back

Yeah that’s a relapse. If you have to ask, you relapsed. Don’t make excuses for yourself. Don’t be one foot in, one foot out. Lock in and stay away from both

Yeah, they would both count. I set some systems in place that help me. I disabled all NSFW content on Reddit and Twitter. It’s easier to stay strict if you don’t even get tempted
