Meditation tips?

I have never been a fan of meditation or any of that but I want to give it a chance. I’m having these urges again and any tips would be appreciated. Thank you

I recommend meditations that involve static standing or even slow repetitive movements so you remember and feel your own body, not just your mind. Qi Gong is worth looking into.

15min a day two time an day. Make sure you in a room all by yourself. Try to relax and think of your future self/plans.

creating a list helps distract me and stay goal oriented. I started simple with things like “clean something today” or “get out of bed” or even “brush my teeth.” the dopamine from that has kept me busy
