Quitting porn is a great start. The best thing you can do is be confident in yourself. And if you aren’t confident right now, work towards something to be confident in. Hit the gym and make muscle, dress nicer, develops a skill set, build a relationship with God, become financially stable, etc. Once you achieve this you will naturally be confident in yourself and approaching women will be a breeze. I used to have this problem but after years of hard work and building myself up I can promise you it pays off.

Work on your smile my guy, attitude and especially your hygiene. I noticed that when I knew I was doing everything I could to take care of myself in a healthy manner, I knew all I was doing was enough. I haven’t ever been the greatest looking guy, but sometimes your insecurities are valid. When you focus on your hobbies and interests, it naturally makes you more joyful and content, maybe even funnier. All these things like confidence, peace and joy come from knowing you’re actively pursuing what you should be. Be yourself just let it flow, don’t force anything or think about what your going to say just start conversation and go from there.

Havent had the best luck with women but from my experience I can give you advice. The second you realize that she’s just another human being it removes most of the pressure. I understand she might be pretty and you might get discouraged but just act confident and it works. Just pretend like you’re having conversation with one of the homies and you will be fine. Also make sure to be a good listener but also lead the conversation. Women want to hear about what you have to offer so don’t be afraid to talk about things you like. As long as the flow of the convo is reciprocated ur good. As for approaching women that’s a whole different story but in terms of conversation once you enter the flow state there rlly isn’t much that you can mess up if you just stay confident.
