I was scrolling on twitter right, and mine is usually fine, funny videos and all right but I came across this video and it was like a talk podcast with of ppl saying some stuff and my heart dropped because it triggered an urge. When I got out the shower I thought I was gonna go to my room and it be game over. Please anyone advice?
