I just want you to know—you’re not alone. It takes courage to admit you’re struggling, and reaching out like this shows strength, not weakness. Whatever it is that’s gotten out of control, know that God sees you in your pain. He loves you as you are, and He walks with you—even in the darkest moments. In Psalm 34:18, we’re reminded, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” I’ve had seasons where things felt overwhelming too, and what helped me most was leaning into prayer, speaking honestly with God, and opening up to people I could trust—pastors, mentors, even Christian counselors. Sometimes healing starts with a single conversation. You don’t have to carry this alone. If you’re open to it, I’d be honored to pray for you or just listen. You are worthy of love, restoration, and peace. Hold fast. You’re not forgotten.
