Recently relapsed and wondering what advice yall have. I’ve done two weeks in the past and was difficult and have struggled for more than about 4 days since getting the app. I lift and run and am busy a lot with school but sometimes feel like I get tired and lose my willpower or let it take over myself. What’s difficult is that I am a mentally tough person who has done many hard things but I just seem to struggle a lot with this. Anyone have advice for dealing with the mental gymnastics of urges and lustfulness?
