I have been doing good porn free for the last few weeks, I joined an addiction group in my church and it’s been well.I recently have had a bad last few days, especially when I work from home. Any tips would be appreciated.
I’d recommend going on a walk. That helps me when I feel temptation, and when going on a walk, put your headphones on and listen to worship music.
