This battle that God has chosen us for is worthwhile. I tried and failed to escape porn for nearly 4 years before I was able to get to this point. Looking back I am grateful that I did not give up, no matter how hopeless I felt about. Just know that this is worth the struggle, the rewards on the other end is as close to salvation that we can experience in this life. This is all internal, block out the noise and stay focused.
Thanks Kj. All I did was fully surrender to God and let him save me from lust. I am still a work in progress, but that is the first step.

Amen, I myself believe I have changed for Jesus and can see blessing in my life as I turn away from lust and flee from lust and follow Jesus. Something that help me is spring day and night I don’t have a specific like wake up in the morning. Pray immediately I pray. It doesn’t have to be immediately for me. All that matters is the prayer itself put specifically in the prayer something that help me is praying how you feel. do you feel like praying tell God, how do you feel towards God? Tell him build the connection with him, not just by repenting and praying for others and etc., which is great if you do, but also tell him how you feel and when you ask in prayer be bold don’t be scared, for we have an all loving God, but that won’t mean he will answer all your prayers. Something that you may ask for might hurt you trust God to define justice and judgment one last thing Joe how did you overcome last with Jesus? What things did you do like I prayed what did you do?
