I’d say it up to your goals. Are you looking to quit masturbating or just quit porn? If you don’t have a sexual partner(or even if you do), I don’t see anything wrong with masturbating. It’s a natural thing and a way to get that urge out.

No, as long as you don’t start developing an even crazier addiction of masturbating, just to quit porn. Ideally we must quit both, but still using masturbating every now and then ti diminish the urge of porn, is fine, as long as you are also aiming to quit masturbating in the meantime
