Relapsed again

3 days in was going strong then I looked at some posts on Reddit. Told myself I’d look for five seconds now it’s been an hour I hate this addiction I’m now 22 started when I was 11 and feel like I’m in a never ending cycle of just repeating my same failures. I know it’s ruining my life yet I still give in. My goal atleast is too see how many times I do it in a month used to be everyday so far this month I’ve done 10 days without it and 10 days relapsing but not any streaks till now. I’ve learned I need help this can’t be done alone for me
hey, I’m glad you identified the trigger, sounds like everything started at that Reddit post. i’d recommend deleting Reddit completely so there’s no opportunity for that trigger to come back. Also God‘s is close and ready to have a conversation. Give it to him and talk to him about it and I promise you he will take the temptation for you and help you through it. Stay strong, brother.
