Relapsed a couple of days ago, but I’m still coming back up.

I relapsed a couple of times with the app, but I want to say that I am proud of the progress I made because my relapse periods are much shorter as well as I am feeling much less attached to porn. I am able to focus more on my life and I feel determined to overcome this addiction and take my life back.
