Post-relapse routine

To keep myself from spiraling, and to let the experience teach me rather than destroy me, I have this routine which you should feel free to modify and use however you want 1. Change your environment immediately 2. Do 25 pushups 3. Journal three question: What lead up to this, how do I feel, who do I want to become (a reminder of why) 4. Pray if you’re religious 5. Message accountability partner 6. Do something meaningful with your time, do not lounge around or lament
You’ll get through this. Never give up.
