I had some decent streaks recently but lately I feel like I’ve been spiraling and relapsing multiple days in a row. Would love to hear any habits or strategies that have worked for any of you

Remove all apps that distract u , go to a boxing or any gym to train cuz if ur alone u wanna goon so stay busy do ur homework just try not to think abt it
Take time to understand what triggers cause you to relapse, which for me are being by myself in my room and smoking weed mainly. By understanding what triggers you, you can avoid them or at least be conscious of the fact that it will set of the pattern of thoughts that leads to a relapse which i have found helps. And if you find yourself slipping towards a relapse do something to pull yourself out such as just going to a different place without your phone. Also make sure to use each relapse and opportunity to learn something new about how to avoid doing it again
