relapse after 10 days

just relapsed today it sucks but those 10 days felt really good. Proving to myself that I’m able to contain those urges is great, I just need to do so for a bit longer (actually really longer lol). The issue is that the relapse was quite long on insta reel I need to work on that. anyway good luck to everybody !!
