I know despair is what I really need to fight, because it leads to temptation It gets harder with every relapse, but I’m still determined to get back up Any words of encouragement or tips would be appreciated.

Give yourself a reward not by means of porn or anything sexual. But good rewards that are healthy not toxic like “I made it to the next day, so imma celebrate by acting out on the very thing your trying to quit

Don’t make excuses, own it. That’s the first step to finding freedom. And when you make it to the next day give yourself credit. Remind yourself your one day closer to being set free
