I’ve fallen

I made it to a week then got the biggest urge known to man and couldn’t resist it what also didn’t help is being in my room with the door closed, has anyone got any advice to overcome their urges cause I make it to like 7-14 days and get an urge and relapse and feel terrible afterwards.
