I relapsed after nine days and today I’ve been angry the whole day inside because I should’ve done better. I don’t watch porn anymore and I count masturbation as a relapse. I am so angry with myself

It’s ok it happens. Don’t beat yourself up. 9 days is still a great accomplishment. Just aim to see where you went wrong so you don’t make the same mistake in the future. Stay strong!
