Day 3ish

Forgot to check in last night but day 3 went good. Mostly kept myself busy and had a Bible study. Definitely was reminded how I usually fail but by being more attentive and consistent control of my thoughts I was able to hear the little temptation voice and separate it from me. Cold shower this morning and onto another day.
