So it’s Father’s Day and I’m a father of 3 children one being a step son. I love my family very much. Not one person even acknowledge it being a Father’s Day let alone my wife. My mom hasn’t said anything nor my kids. It’s days like this that make it hard not to relapse when you have no one to talk to

It’s not even the fact of asking for a physical gift. If they just literally wished me a happy Father’s Day it would go along way. It’s hard in this day and age that as a “man” you’re told to not tell how you feel. No one invests in men’s mental health as much as they should. I have hinted at it not a hug not anything. I love my family very much and appreciate everything that they do. I signed up for this app for a few things. I wanted to finally be free of porn but also go honor my brother.
