Quick tips for the first week.

So it may be too early for me to preach as I’m on my 4th day, but this is the furthest I’ve gotten, and I feel like I’ve found a good formula. If you're just starting out, here are a few things that have helped me push through those tough early days: 1. Staying Busy– Boredom is my biggest enemy. Fill your time with anything, i started a 10k steps a day challenge, spent more time reading and painting (My hobby). This kept me too busy to ever think about fapping! 2. Avoid Triggers – This was the most important step for me, i deleted instagram, fixed a 🌽 blocker on all my devices. Out of sight, out of mind. 3. One Day at a Time – I started this challenge thinking i was gonna achieve 1 year easily and managed to fail after 2 days and failed four more times, never going past the 2 dat mark. Reframing the mentality has to be done one day at a time, to consistently rewire our broken brains. The first week is the hardest, but every hour you resist makes you stronger. If I can do 4 days, you can too. Keep going! Feel free to give each other tip that have worked for you.
