From January 2022 to November 2023 I was clean. Free from it all. Since then I have been in the worst relapse. Longest I have gone without since is 1 1/2 weeks. I have new priorities now. A newborn daughter who I love so much. A wife who deserves a husband who’s completely faithful. I don’t know how I fell off so hard.
Just because you are down now doesn’t mean you can’t go back up. Losing a long streak is hard, and may feel pointless to try to do it again, because it will take so long to reach again. But NoFap isn’t about how long you can do it for, but the benefits you will get from doing it. Everyday you do you are bettering yourself. So do it for you, not the number
