i was recently at a 10 day streak and thought this was easy peasy and then when i lost the streak because i had a really messy thing i need to clean up so i broke as a “reward” and now i cant even get to 5 days

that’s usually how it goes after a long break you do it back to back same session then next couple of days to hop back on just keep doing it till ur repulsed by it then just get at it again

I notice you keep saying “you can’t” but that’s the problem. If you keep having that mindset you’ll always stay stuck. You have to believe in yourself and not see yourself watching porn anymore and enjoy life in the real world. P.s. meditate tremendously it will give you self control and you’ll have longer streaks.
