How to disable internet restrictions

I turned on the restrictions to disable bad websites but it ends up blocking websites I actually need to use and I’m not sure how to disable it. (iPhone)

i’d probably remove the restrictions on your phone and get something like opal where you can actually choose which websites to block and allow
