I just hit day 4. And usually about 3 days in I feel like I can talk to any woman😂. (Little bit of context here; I’m 25, 6’2, 340 pounds and 100 pounds lighter than I used to be… big ass boy BUT look better than I have) especially after working out I feel fantastic but a few days in and my confidence is already up. I’ve always thought confidence was a weird thing, I think it comes and goes as it pleases 😂😂
