I was day 3
I relapsed, but that’s okay; I’m learning from my mistakes. This is my third attempt on this app, and it's my highest streak so far. I've realized that I'm very addicted to pornography. During these three days, I’ve had some good moments. Most importantly, I gained an extra two hours on day two and five hours over the weekend. This made me realize how much time I've been spending seeking that dopamine fix. If I don’t replace this habit, I will end up falling back into the same loop. I keep in mind that even a tiny, fleeting thought can lead me to relapse, so I’m determined not to think about it at all. I know my brain's dopamine receptors are in need of pleasure, which can slow down my progress. Next time, my goal is to achieve at least four days. Who knows what I can accomplish? Let’s stay focused on our goals, everyone!
