Don't deceive yourself my friend, as others and yourself mentioned: most of what's driving you to keep them is lust. It's great to have pictures that remind us of the good times in our past, but it's best that they not be rooted in sexual temptation. You need to be living in the present and designing your future. I advise you delete them now and make room mentally for future love and experiences, why cling to the dead past when you can create something living and breathing in the present? I think a large part of this journey, maybe the largest, is just willing to be honest with yourself.

It’s both really but mostly lust

It sounds like a matter of changing how you view them. Do these images and videos convey to you a sense of love for the person in them? Or are you just lusting after an idol of the real thing? Shouldn’t the real physical intimacy be more important of what you’re looking for than the digital representation of it?

I was about to say delete them 😅 but now I say prayer I know it might sound like a classic answer but prayer it’s the best thing going for us prayer, patience and discipline is all I got fr💯
